What to expect?:
When you arrive, we will have a discussion, then you will be lying down, eyes closed, listening to soft music (make sure your arms, feet or legs are not crossed)
The first part of your treatment, I will be speaking to conduct a body scan for you to reconnect with your body and feel completely relax, then I will be quiet ...
When the session ends, I will touch your arm.
Once you are fully awake, I will tell you all my findings and provide advice.
After, its time for you to explain how you felt during the treatment which will keep me informed on your development.
This information will help me focus on specifics if further treatment is required.

I will be doing the same remotely.
Through out the session have your eyes closed and relax.
I will be sending you reiki healing energy and assessing any problems you may be having.
when the session ends I will tell you all my findings and provide advice.
After, its time for you to explain how you felt during the treatment which will keep me informed on your development.
